But Ads Don't Work For My Business

But ads don't work for my business. So chances are you may have tried Facebook ads before, and you may have got results, you may not have gotten results. And I would say that most people, when they're trying ads out for themselves or using other funnel types, it's pretty common to lose money because essentially how traditional advertising works is that you put money, you wait, and hopefully, you get a return, which might be 30, 60, 90 days.

If you're running a webinar funnel, you'll load up 10, $20,000 in ad spend, and hopefully everyone who gets on the webinar, there's enough money to cover the cost of that advertising. So it's super risky, and the feedback loop is too long. So you could spend 10 grand on a webinar and not know if that's going to work until you've already spent $10,000. The beautiful thing about the book funnel is we're day-to-day profitable.

And so if we're not profitable at $30 a day, well, we're going to make the changes before increasing ad spend and we're covering ad spend every day. And so we're not investing thousands of dollars before waiting to see, oh, did this work or not? Is we're getting very direct feedback every single day, which allows us to make short, sharp, quick changes to get to profitability. So we never inflate to crazy numbers and then think about like, "Oh, what happened?

Why are we not profitable?" And we also have such proven frameworks. We've just done so many books now that we know how to sell books in every single market, and we know how to position you in your market to sell. So the ability to sell is sort of out of question. It's unquestionable. We just consistently know how to do that.
