So do you need to be good at tech? Well, 24 months ago, yes, you would've needed to. It used to take us, a team of about five or six people, over several months in order to bring one of these systems to life. It was a very intense technical process. We've gone on a journey the last little while of building an incredible system. So we've launched maybe 300, 400 books over the last couple of years, or since 2020 in total, but we've done a lot of volume in the last few years.
And we've been able to build out and spend about over $100,000 US just in the last three months alone in developer work and building out an amazing system. So now that there's zero tech setup required, the only real work is the writing of the book and writing in general. And then once the book's done, it's literally one click of a button, and then the whole marketing system is built out from sales funnel, to landing pages, to the ads, to the email sequences.
We don't use GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels or any of these super ancient systems. We've built our own custom platform. So all of this happens very effortlessly. So as soon as the book's done, we're ready to go live. It's not like book's done and then three months in tech work trying to get this thing to work and finding all of these problems. So no tech experience required. Pretty consistently, our best results come from people who are not technical at all.
