Do You Have a 100% Success Rate?

Why some people don't make it. We do not have a 100% success rate in our program. I'm going to explain why, because there's generally not a lot of transparency in this space about why we see the best testimonials, all these people doing amazing, and people who are not. And I've grappled with it for a long time, and we have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into building our product into something that's truly remarkable, that works.

An incredible amount of time. The average ROAS right now on our platform is 0.94, which is incredible for the front end. That's including all the new offers going out. So our success rate is super high, but the people who have long-term sustainable success is not 100%. And so this is part of human nature. This is starting a business. We look at the odds of what's out there in the marketplace. 90% of businesses fail in the first few years, so we're really fighting against the tide, and our numbers really defy that.

But what I would say is the only reason that anybody ever fails through the entrepreneurial journey is because they stop. Because this is not a sprint, it's a marathon, and there is no finish line. And so you either quit or you continue. And I got a great story comes to mind is this, Brandon. He has the record in our group of the worst funnel launch ever in the history.

He was ridiculously unprofitable in the first couple of weeks, almost comically. I said, "Man, you got to turn these ads off. Why don't you turn them off already?" And we had a good chat, reworked his offer, and within two weeks, he had another version live and made it back in sale. Within a week of that going live and now he's killing it. You'll see him on the calls.

He's happy and smiling and building an amazing business. And I love that story because of Brandon's heart, because it was definitely super discouraging for him and for him to come around, bounce back so quickly and make the changes that we needed and come back and do it again and now win. It's just like a testament to that core concept of there is no failure. There's only giving up.

And so we've been able to build our system in such a way that the iterations are so much quicker and so much easier. Before, if you wrote a book or launched a funnel, invested 18 months of your time into doing that, you would not be ready just to do that again straight away. It'd be impossible. But now, with the amount of leverage that we have with our software and our system, we're able to iterate in a matter of days instead of months.

And so it means that we get more shots on goal if we need. Most people nail it first time, but every now and again, we go two or three goes and eventually, okay, awesome, we're on. But for sure, people give up, people get discouraged. More than anything, people get distracted by all the other things in their life. When you set about wanting to create something great, what becomes apparent is all the distractions and all the things that stand in the way of you doing something great, and it's easy to fall into excuses and distraction more than anything.

So we're greatly investing in the continual development of our product. But I'd say the biggest reason that people don't succeed is distraction, and we have now got a tremendous amount of systems in place to keep you focused.
