So how does a $5 book buyer or a $20 book buyer turn into a premium offer client, somebody who's willing to spend $3,000 to $10,000 to $20,000 with you? How does that take place? Well, it's a few different things, but essentially, number one, it starts with the transaction itself as a huge part of how the relationship begins. How your relationship begins with any individual in your life typically governs how that relationship plays out forever.

And so if you meet somebody in a position of authority, that's how you see them for the rest of your life. If you meet somebody as a student, no matter how advanced that student becomes, you kind of will still sort of feel and relate to them as a student. And so firstly, it sets up the relationship and puts you in a position of authority. And then the book is there to help them by proving that you can actually help them.

So the book is there to reveal limitations, to show them what they don't understand, and to essentially lead them to the conclusion that they need to work with you. So the book does a lot of heavy lifting here, and then we move people into sales calls. So typically, 20% of people who buy the book will get on a Zoom call with you or your sales team, and then our back-end sales system goes in and turns those people into those premium offer buyers.

Typically, that whole process happens in about 14 days from book buyer to premium offer sale. It can happen much longer. I have people that bought my book, spoke to me three years ago, and they say, "Jay, I'm finally back. I'm ready. Send me the link." It's funny. It's a little bit disappointing sometimes because you see how far and how long and how much money they wasted in waiting. But on average, we're looking at about 14 days, but it can be much longer
