The realistic revenue ramp. So what does it realistically look like, the numbers that you'll be doing from launching? And obviously, there's a great amount of variables depending on the level of skills that you currently have, the market that you served, the purchasing power of your market, and just your general confidence and ability. Those things vary across the board. You have people who are less experienced that just come in with full confidence because they don't know anything else, and they just kill it straight away.
Get some people a little bit gun-shy, and it takes them a bit to get off the line. But generally, what we look at for the first month of getting ads live is just focus on getting ad spend, getting profitable, and booking your first five sales calls sort of in that first month. And so we actually have a little subgroup inside of our community for the first call closers, which is a group of people that close their first call.
And it happens quite often that somebody will take their first sales call in their first week of their book funnel going live and make their first backend sale. But it's not what we promise. We can't promise things like that. But what we tend to look at is like that first 30 days, we want to make our first backend sale or two. We want to get our first calls under our belt.
We want to make that first backend sale. And then each month, we're just looking to sort of double for those first three to five months of like, "Okay, let's make two sales the first month. Let's go four on the backend the next month." And then generally, at around 10 to 15 backend sales a month, then we have a new set of challenges, which is then going to be getting the founder out of sales, building some better operational systems, and looking at just essentially expanding their capacity, which becomes the next bottleneck.
The first bottleneck is all about capability. Some people move through that faster than others. Depends on a lot of factors. And then the next bottleneck becomes capacity, which is generally around that 50 to 60 grand a month where they need to look at, "Okay, I need to bring in a sales rep here," which we'll help with all those parts of the journey as well. So it's hard to give particulars because every human being is a unique character and individual, but that's sort of the timeline that we look at working with.
First sale in the first 30 days and sort of trying to double that each month over the first sort of four to six months.
