What if I don't have a clear offer yet? And so if you're coming in, you may have a thought of, "Ah, I really need to be clear on my offer before I write a book around it." And once upon a time, I may have felt the same way, but we've really realized that great offers aren't created in a vacuum. You don't just sit down or use Mose's framework for creating your grand slam offer, get it all dialed, feel 100% confident to it, and just go out there and sell it.
But great offers are built through repetition and feedback. So during your first sales calls, your first 20, 50, 100 sales calls, that's when you're going to have actually real feedback on what's required in order to improve your offer. And an offer is never done. We're consistently taking the feedback, lessons, and learnings from our space in order to create a better offer. And so every single person who comes through is an opportunity to get clearer, to get more precise, to build better systems around how we deliver our particular transformation.
And so you don't get that by just sitting there and waiting for it to arrive or come to you. Clarity comes through action, and the refinement comes through the actual repetitions. And so if you wait to have the perfect offer to start getting customers and clients, you will never begin because you need customers and clients in order to create, refine a really remarkable offer.
