Realbook is the software behind Real Growth. It writes a book with the author in their voice, builds the sales page, checkout, email sequences and ads from that book, and books the sales calls. Most of that is AI, in production, used by paying members every day.

You build the next pieces: new agents, better generation, integrations with the tools our members already use, and the internal tooling that keeps the team fast. You ship to production in small, tested steps.

The stack is TypeScript end to end: React on the front, Supabase edge functions on the back, Postgres, Claude and other models through our own tracked wrappers.

What you will do

• Ship AI features members use From a one-line brief to a tested feature in production: prompt design, evaluation, the code around the model and the UI that exposes it.
• Build agents and integrations Connect the platform to the tools our members and portfolio businesses run on. Make the agents reliable, not just impressive.
• Measure what the model does Every AI surface has a quality bar and a cost. You write the checks, watch the usage and fix what drifts.
• Write tests with your code Pure logic with injected dependencies, unit-tested in Vitest. CI blocks deploys when tests fail.
• Fix what breaks in production Error reports and member tickets come to the team. You find the cause and ship the fix, with a guard so it cannot happen silently again.
• Document as you go A short note on what you built, why, and the traps you found. The next person reads it.

Who we are hiring

• You have shipped production software that uses large language models, and you can show it.
• You are strong in TypeScript. React and Postgres experience helps. Supabase experience is a bonus.
• You write tests without being asked.
• You work well with AI coding tools and you check their output.
• You can take a vague request, scope it, and ask the one question that matters before you build.
• You communicate in writing: pull requests, Slack threads, short notes.
