We are a small remote team helping experts and business owners use a book to get clients. We hire setters, closers, developers, editors, writers and coaches who want to work inside our community.

Real Growth helps experts, coaches and business owners write a book and turn it into clients. Realbook is our software: it writes the book with the author in their voice, builds the sales page, checkout, emails and ads from that book, and books the sales calls.

Our members work inside a community with weekly coaching calls, and the team runs the same system for the businesses in our portfolio. Everything we teach, we run ourselves first.

• Setter (Sales, remote). Qualify the people who ask about Real Growth and book the right ones onto a call with a closer.
• Closer (Sales, remote). Run the booked sales calls, match each person to the right Real Growth program, and close.
• AI Developer (Tech, remote). Build and ship the AI features inside Realbook: the writing engine, the funnel builder, the agents behind the platform.
• Video Editor (Marketing, remote). Cut the ads, the training videos and the member stories for Real Growth and the businesses in our portfolio.
• Copywriter (Marketing, remote). Write the ads, emails, sales pages and scripts that take a reader from the first click to a booked call.
• Business Coach (Coaching, remote). Coach Real Growth members inside the community: weekly calls, replies in the threads, and keeping each member moving toward clients.
• Marketing Coach (Coaching, remote). Coach members on their ads, funnels and emails inside the community, and help them get their first buyers from paid traffic.
