You coach inside the community: you run weekly calls, you answer questions in the threads, and you follow up with members who go quiet. You help them pick the right offer, price it, get the book finished, launch the funnel and handle the first sales calls.

You are not a cheerleader. You diagnose, you tell them the next move, and you check that they made it.

What you will do

• Run weekly coaching calls Live, inside the community. Members bring their business; you work through it with them.
• Answer in the threads Questions about offers, pricing, launches and sales. Clear answers, same day.
• Review member work Book foundations, offers, sales pages, first emails. Feedback they can act on.
• Follow up with members who stall The platform flags who has gone quiet. You reach out and find the block.
• Record what works Patterns across members become training, playbooks and better prompts in the software.
• Report member progress Who moved forward this week, who is stuck, what they need from the team.

Who we are hiring

• You have built or run a business that sold a service, a program or a product, and you can talk about the numbers.
• You have coached or advised business owners before, and some of them got results.
• You can diagnose fast and say the uncomfortable thing kindly.
• You write clearly in a community thread and you show up on camera for calls.
• You can commit regular weekly hours, including the live calls.
• You believe a book is one of the best ways an expert can get clients, or you want to see why we do.
