Real Growth helps experts and business owners use a book to get clients. People find us through the book, the ads and the community, and they raise a hand: a form, a DM, a reply to an email. The setter is the first person they talk to.

Your job is to reach every one of them fast, find out where their business is and what they want, and book the ones who fit onto a call with a closer. You work from the CRM and the community inbox, by message and by phone.

You do not run the sales call. You make sure the right people are on it, prepared, and that they show up.

What you will do

• Reach every new lead the same day Forms, DMs, email replies and quiz opt-ins land in the CRM. You message or call each one and start the conversation.
• Qualify before you book Find out what the business sells, what it makes now and what is in the way. Only people who fit the offer go on a closer's calendar.
• Book the call and confirm it Pick the time with them, send the prep material, and confirm the day before so the call happens.
• Follow up with the people who went quiet Most bookings come from the second or third touch. You keep a follow-up list and work it every day.
• Keep the CRM clean Every conversation is logged with the next step and the date. The closer reads your notes before the call.
• Report your numbers daily Leads touched, conversations, calls booked, calls held. A short end-of-day note in Slack.

Who we are hiring

• You have set appointments or done outbound before, by message or phone, and you can talk about your numbers.
• You write clearly and fast. Most of this job happens in messages.
• You are comfortable on the phone with a stranger and you do not take a no personally.
• You are organised: a follow-up list with dates, not a memory.
• You can work hours that overlap with the US or Australian business day.
• You want to learn how a book-and-funnel business sells, from the inside.
